Make Your Life Extraordinary
HomePolicies
As a professional guitar teacher, my goal is to provide high-quality lessons and support to all my students. I value your commitment to learning and want to ensure a positive and fair experience for both parties. Please read the following refund and dispute policy for clarification of expectations.
1. Lesson Structure:
- The student will receive a specified number of credits at the beginning of each month based on the plan chosen.
- Each credit allows the student to attend one class.
- Any unused credits at the end of a cycle will automatically roll over to the next cycle.
- Credits remain valid as long as the student is enrolled in the program.
2. Attendance and Cancellation Policy:
- If the student cannot attend a scheduled class, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid losing a credit.
- Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of 1 credit.
3. Withdrawal and Unused Credits:
- A student may withdraw from the program at any time by canceling via Stripe.
- Upon withdrawal from the program, any unused credits will not be refunded. However, unused credits will be banked for 3 months. If the student chooses to re-enroll within that period, they can use the banked credits.
4. Payment:
- Tuition for lessons is as follows (choose one):
- Silver: 8 credits for $349 every month.
- Gold: 12 credits for $449 every month.
- Platinum: 16 credits for $499 every month.
- Payments will be made via Stripe. Details for payments will be provided upon enrollment.
- All tuition payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded, or transferred.
5. Disputes and Complaints:
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a lesson, payment, or any other matter, please reach out to me directly. I am committed to resolving any issues professionally and respectfully.
- Step 1: Contact me by email at contact@gmail.com or phone at 303-503-3059. Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue.

- Step 3: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties may agree to seek third-party mediation.
